William SIMONEAU époux de Colombe (Connie) CARRIÈRE
- SIMONEAU, William 1921 - 2009
Born on May 19, 1921 in Rockland, Ontario, Bill passed away peacefully at Heritage Village in Chilliwack, BC on May 21. Bill was a selfless, outgoing, and giving man dedicated to helping others in any way he could. His outgoing personality and generous spirit touched all those who knew him. Bill was predeceased by his grandchildren Genevieve and Sebastien. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 63 years, Colombe, his son Kenneth (Anne-Marie Grandmaitre) and daughter Elaine (Jiri Kresina), his grandchildren Melanie, Jennifer, Shawn, his great-grandson Damien William, his sister Patricia and his many nieces, nephews and numerous friends. A memorial service will be held at the Vedder View Garden Cemetery in Chilliwack on June 3 at 2 pm with a reception to follow at the Vedder Legion Golden Branch 280. In lieu of flowers donations in Bill's memory can be made to the War Amps, Champs Program, 2827 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, ON K1V 0C4 .
